I’m new to this board, and don’t really know what I’m doing. All I do know is that I’m feeling pretty isolated, and it might help to share a bit about me!

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 18 months ago, when I went of the birth control pill and realized that my cycles were out of wack. My cycles since then have been between 21 to 40 days long, with the average length of 35. I have high LH, multiple follicles on each ovary, and I usually don’t ovulate (I’ve ovulated twice in the last year). Other than that, my symptoms are minimal (very little ‘extra’ hair growth – very managable and still less than most of my non-PCOS friends!), and I’m not overweight (5’7″ and 125 lbs). My husband and I have been TTC for over a year…

This cycle is now on day 93 and I have no idea why. I’ve had pain on and off, mostly where my left ovary is… so I have no idea what’s going on. I’m worried about this freakishly long cycle. I’ve seen my OBGYN and my Naturopath, but they don’t seem to think it’s a big deal. I’m wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen (an unusually long cycle out of nowhere!), and if you have any ideas about why???

Everyone around me is pregnant and/or having babies… I hope it’s my turn soon!

Thanks for reading.
