You should consult your OBGYN. You might consider going on a birth control pill to help keep your period regular and lesson the cramps. But yeah, you should go in and see the doctor.
There is a very good book by a naturalpath doctor from Australia, available on Amazon…
Called : The Period Repair Manual – grey cover, Lara Briden Author.
Very good book. You can download immediately to a Kindle or a Kindle app….
I’m a 46 year old female, I had my left ovary removed 10 years ago and also a tubal litigation. I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 years ago. I experience hair loss on the top of my head, excess hair on my chin and upper lip, a lot of stress, I’m overweight (5’3 170 lbs) and can’t lose a single pound, high estrogen, high testosterone, low progesterone, my period comes on time each month but goes off after 4 days and comes back on full force for an additional 2 days. I have been taking Ashwagandha, Spearmint leaf, Indole 3 Carbinol, Resveratrol, Fish oil, Probiotics, Berberine HCI, Vitamin D3 (5,000 mg daily), B-100 complex, Cinnamon and a good Multivitamin. Am I on the right track to balance my hormones, or am I taking too many supplements? Please help!
