I’m sorry if this has been asked before! I’ve browsed through the messages about vinegar and it’s impact on insulin resistance. I want to try it. Here are my questions:
1) I currently take Metformin, and I don’t want to stop it (at least not now). Is anyone taking vinegar in conjunction with Metformin. Is that too much?
2) Are all vinegars equal (Apple Cider vs. regular vs. red wine vinegar)?
